Chris Fore literally wrote the book on The Shield Punt. He started using it LONG before it became the #1 punt system in all of football. After reading an article called “Dare to be Different” about a new punt scheme in 2001, Fore made some adjustments that he thought were needed, and has been using it ever since! He coached 440 punts in 154 games from 2002-2017. During this stretch, just 3 punts were blocked (2002, 2006 and 2014), and his teams gave up just 1 touchdown return (2008). Fore installed this proven system at Victor Valley Junior College in 2017. They allowed no blocks and no touchdowns that year, on a 5-5 average JUCO team!
For the program who wants to take a serious approach to installing the Shield Punt from start to finish. With this package, Fore serves as your “Virtual Special Teams Punt Coordinator” for the 2025 season.

- 2 hour Zoom clinic with staff*
- Clinic will be held during Spring/Summer 2025 (we find a convenient time for both of us)
- PDF Manual of my Shield Punt book for each coach
- Fore will serve as your “Virtual Special Teams Punt Coordinator” during the 2025 season
- Evaluation, notes, corrections of every punt during the season via your team’s Hudl
- He watches the film just as if he is YOUR Special Teams Coordinator; makes notes on each play, etc to help coaches and players better understand the scheme, etc.
- 7 days per week direct access to Fore for the Head Coach or Special Teams Coordinator via email and phone all season
- Only 5 Gold Packages available – Limited to just 5 high school, college or CFL teams per season
